Focusing on an All-Foods-Fit approach to support Optimal Nutrition in a Mindful Way
With a background in clinical nutrition, yoga and restaurant foodservice FIVE FORKS WELLNESS was created out of the desire to put my passion for health, nutrition, happiness, and helping others into action. I bring this same passion into my client care with a NON-DIET Approach. I aim to encourage balanced lifestyles through counselling clients in their relationship with food in a weight inclusive way, following evidenced-based guidelines in interventions.
I hope to explain strategies to facilitate self-management. By aiming to understand what values are important to you, I can assist in your nutrition and wellness needs with an ALL FOODS FIT approach to food selections and menu planning.
The road to wellness includes being joyfully active. I can often be found playing on my yoga mat which provides me an opportunity for balance and clarity. Many yoga and breathing techniques can be applied to mindful eating.

I am a lover of food and all that it entails - my connection to the land and community includes growing our own vegetables and sourcing ingredients from local markets. Then experimenting in the kitchen with my children.
